The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon that varies in intensity nightly. They can be very strong one day and very weak the next, or remain weak for a week. Even at high intensities, they may not be visible due to cloudy weather. We ask our guests to consider these possibilities when joining the tour. Since these factors cannot be predicted in advance, we stay two nights in Murmansk to increase our chances of seeing the Northern Lights. Our expert guide on the Northern Lights might decide to conduct the tour a day earlier if the likelihood of seeing them is high. Our guide checks all weather conditions before the tour to determine the best spots for viewing and drives us there. This spot could be nearby or an hour away. We will return to the hotel late at night after our Northern Lights Hunt.

We will meet at the "THY - Comfortable Travel" desk at Istanbul's New Airport International Departures Terminal at 04:00 AM. After security checks, check-in, and passport control, we will depart for Moscow at 07:00 AM on Turkish Airlines flight TK413; our flight duration will be approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes. We are scheduled to arrive in Moscow at 10:45 AM. Upon arrival, our city tour will include visits to Sparrow Hills, the Grand Mosque of Moscow, a stroll along the Moscow River, Tverskaya Street, the Bolshoi Theatre, Lubyanka Square, the KGB Headquarters, St. Basil's Cathedral, Red Square, the GUM Shopping Center, Arbat Street, and the Moscow Metro. Day 2: MURMANSK

After breakfast at our hotel, we will head to Moscow Airport. We will fly to Murmansk on a local airline, a journey that will take approximately 3 hours. Murmansk is located in the northwest of Russia, bordering Scandinavian countries, and shares land borders with Norway and Finland. Upon arrival, our city tour will include visits to the Alyosha Monument, Savior Church, and the Lighthouse Monument. After dinner, we will stay overnight at a 4-star hotel such as the Azimut Hotel, Meridian Hotel, or similar.

HUSKY PARK - NORTHERN LIGHTS

Day 3: HUSKY PARK - NORTHERN LIGHTS

We will set off for the Husky (Siberian Husky) and Reindeer Park. We will spend some enjoyable time with the friendly Siberian huskies, who have no biting instinct, and feed the reindeer. We believe that even those who have a fear of dogs will enjoy this visit and may even overcome their fear of dogs. Afterward, we will return to Murmansk to visit the Lenin Ship, the world’s first nuclear-powered icebreaker. Following dinner, we will head out to search for one of the most magnificent creations of the greatest artist and designer (Allah Almighty) — the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). A professional photographer will accompany us on this special evening. If we are fortunate, we may witness this awe-inspiring natural phenomenon. After the tour, we will return to the hotel for accommodation.

Day 5: ST. PETERSBURG

After breakfast at our hotel, we will visit Catherine Palace and the town of Pushkin. We will travel to Tsarskoe Selo, originally named "Tsar’s Village" and renamed during the Soviet era after the famous writer Alexander Pushkin. Constructed in the early 18th century as a summer palace by Empress Catherine I, wife of Tsar Peter the Great, Catherine Palace was severely damaged during World War II by Nazi attacks and was subsequently reconstructed. The interior and exterior decorations were completely redesigned by Catherine I’s daughter, Elizabeth, and later by Catherine the Great, using real gold in the decorations. Highlights of our visit will include the Throne Room, Dining Hall, Ballroom, and the Amber Room, which is adorned with 6 tons of amber. After this visit, we will proceed to the Hermitage Museum, which hosts thousands of invaluable artifacts from around the world. The museum was originally built as a winter palace by Empress Catherine the Great in the 18th century and today contains a rich collection within its 1057 rooms. After completing our day, we will have dinner and then head to St. Petersburg Airport.

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior.

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:

The full service fee is due at the time of registration.

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations.

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations.

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment.

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days.

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes.
