Day 1: ST. PETERSBURG

We meet at 06:00 at the "THY - Peaceful Travel" desk in the International Departures Hall of Istanbul New Airport. After security, check-in, and passport procedures, we depart for St. Petersburg on Turkish Airlines flight TK401 at 09:00 (flight duration: 3 hours 50 minutes). Arrival time is 12:50. On our city tour, we will see Nevsky Prospekt Avenue, Stroganov Palace, Palace Square, Winter Palace, Kazan Cathedral, Saint Isaac's Cathedral, Smolny Monastery, Anichkov Palace, Anichkov Bridge, and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. After dinner, we proceed to our hotel for accommodation at either the 4* Cosmos Nevsky Prospect Hotel, 4* Radisson Sonya Hotel, or 4* Novotel City Center Hotel.

Day 2: ST. PETERSBURG

After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the apartment of Fyodor Dostoevsky, one of the most renowned writers in Russian literature, who, despite being born in Moscow, spent most of his life in Russia's Northern Capital, Saint Petersburg. During this visit, we will learn in detail about Dostoevsky’s life and times. In his works, he portrayed Saint Petersburg not only as a city of grand palaces but also as one of dark streets, narrow canals, and mysterious characters. We will explore the locations that inspired the famous author, including places connected to characters from his novels, such as Raskolnikov's home from "Crime and Punishment." The final stop on today’s tour will be Dostoevsky's grave. After dinner, we will return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.

Day 3: ST. PETERSBURG

Following breakfast at the hotel, we set out to explore Catherine Palace, Pushkin Town, and the surrounding area. Our first stop is Tsarskoe Selo, which translates to "Tsar's Village" and was renamed after the famous writer Pushkin during the Soviet era. Built in the early 18th century as a summer residence for Empress Catherine I, Catherine Palace suffered significant damage during Nazi attacks in World War II, requiring almost complete reconstruction. The palace’s interior decoration was initially redesigned by Catherine's daughter Elizabeth and later revamped entirely by Catherine the Great. The highlights of the palace include the Throne Hall, Dining Hall, Ballroom, and the famous Amber Room, adorned with six tons of amber. Following our tour of Catherine Palace, we will visit the St. Petersburg Mosque and then proceed to the Hermitage Museum. Built as a winter palace by Empress Catherine the Great in the 18th century, the Hermitage now boasts 1,057 rooms, housing priceless works of art from around the world. After our Hermitage tour, we will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: ST. PETERSBURG

After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit Saint Isaac's Cathedral, renowned for its striking stained-glass windows, wall paintings, and intricate details, reflecting the cathedral's majestic exterior inside as well. Then, we will explore the Peter and Paul Fortress, built along the Neva River to protect the city against Swedish attacks. After our tour, we will have dinner and then head to St. Petersburg Airport.

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date. 

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:  

The full service fee is due at the time of registration. 

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment. 

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days. 

Health: Bring necessary medications and prescriptions, as some medicines may not be readily available in Turkey. Review http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information. 

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes. In case of loss or damage to personal belongings, inform your group leader promptly. All flights are non-smoking, check luggage tags after every flight, and have the hotel's business card handy.
