ISTANBUL - CAIRO

Day 1: ISTANBUL - CAIRO

After meeting at Istanbul Airport, we fly to the enchanting capital of Egypt, Cairo, with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Once we complete passport and customs procedures, we board our waiting bus. Our first stop is Cairo Citadel, located on a hill offering one of the best views of the city. Here, we visit historical landmarks, including the Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha, built in the Classical Ottoman architectural style, and the Qalawun Mosque. Next, we explore the Ibn Tulun Mosque, the first Turkish monument in Egypt, and capture its impressive architectural details in photographs.

In the afternoon, we visit Cairo's City of the Dead, one of the world's most fascinating necropolises, and see the tomb of Imam Shafi'i. We then proceed to Muizz Street, Cairo's most historic and significant thoroughfare, where we admire architectural masterpieces from various centuries. Among these are Sebil-Kuttabs, monumental complexes of the Mamluk Sultans, and Ottoman-era mosques and inns adorned with Turkish inscriptions.

After completing our tour of Muizz Street, we visit Cairo's historic Khan el-Khalili Bazaar and the Al-Hussein Mosque, believed to house the head of Hussein ibn Ali. Finally, we see Al-Azhar University panoramically before heading to our hotel for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 2: CAIRO – ALEXANDRIA

After breakfast at the hotel, we set out to explore Alexandria, one of Egypt's most important cities for tourism. During our panoramic city tour, we visit the Qaitbay Citadel, built from the remains of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

We also visit the Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque and the tomb of Imam Al-Busiri, a renowned Islamic poet famous for his "Qasidat al-Burda" dedicated to the Prophet Muhammad. Then, we see the Library of Alexandria from the outside before concluding our tour of this captivating city.

Afterward, we return to Cairo, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, we enjoy dinner at our hotel and rest for the night.

Day 3: CAIRO - ASYUT

Following breakfast at the hotel, we head to the Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. During our visit, we explore the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Keops), the Pyramid of Khafre (Kefren), and the smaller Pyramid of Menkaure (Mikerinos) (entry to the interiors of the pyramids is not included). We also admire the colossal Great Sphinx, a human-headed lion statue. The Great Pyramid, built by Pharaoh Khufu around 2560 BC, stands approximately 145.75 meters tall and is estimated to have taken over 20 years to complete.

Next, we visit the Egyptian Museum, renowned for its vast collection of artifacts spanning 5,000 years of history. After exploring its treasures, we move to New Cairo, the modern face of the city. Following a 40-minute drive, we enjoy dinner and spend free time exploring the shopping centers of this vibrant area. At the designated time, we regroup and depart for Asyut, where we will stay overnight.

Day 4: ASYUT - LUXOR

After breakfast at the hotel, we journey to Luxor. Our tour begins with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, the eternal resting place of pharaohs and nobles. In ancient times, tombs were built here to protect the pharaohs' treasures and ensure their afterlife.

Next, we visit the magnificent Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, dedicated to Egypt's first and only female pharaoh. Known for dressing as a king and wearing a false beard, Hatshepsut left behind one of the most striking examples of ancient funerary architecture. After exploring the temple, we head to our hotel in Luxor for overnight accommodation.

Day 5: LUXOR – HURGHADA

After breakfast at the hotel, we continue our exploration of Luxor. Our first stop is the Karnak Temple Complex, the largest temple complex in Egypt and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Surrounded by 20-meter-high mudbrick walls, this vast ancient structure contains numerous temples and offers invaluable insights into Egyptian history and mythology.

Constructed over more than 2,000 years, each pharaoh added to this monumental site in an effort to surpass their predecessors. As we walk among its colossal columns, we will feel dwarfed by the grandeur of history.

After completing our tour of Karnak, we travel to Hurghada, Egypt's tourism paradise. Upon arrival, we check into our hotel for overnight accommodation.

Day 6: HURGHADA

After breakfast at the hotel, the entire day is free to enjoy Hurghada. Guests may participate in various optional activities such as boat tours, jeep safaris, or ATV safaris. At the end of the day, we have dinner and return to our hotel for the night.
