CASABLANCA - MARRAKECH

Day 1: CASABLANCA - MARRAKECH

We meet at Istanbul New Airport International Terminal, Departures Hall, at the "HUZURLU SEYAHAT - THY" counter at 08:00. After check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Casablanca on Turkish Airlines flight TK617 at 11:00, arriving at 13:50. Following a warm welcome from our guide, we start our Casablanca city tour, visiting Anfa District, the Atlantic Ocean, and Hassan II Mosque. After the city tour, we travel to Marrakech (230 km). After approximately a 3-hour journey, we arrive at our hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a full-day tour of Marrakech. Highlights include the 800-year-old Koutoubia Minaret and Mosque, the olive tree-lined Menara Gardens, Bahia Palace, and the narrow streets of the city. We visit the open tombs of prominent figures such as Qadi Iyad, author of Shifa Sharif; Sidi Suleiman Al-Jazuli, author of Dala'il al-Khayrat; and Abd al-Aziz Debbagh, author of Kitab al-Ibriz. A visit to the Berber Pharmacy, where you can purchase Argan oil and other Moroccan herbal products, follows. Next, we head to Jemaa El Fna Square, known as the "Square of the Apocalypse," one of the rare UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Often referred to as an "open-air theater," the square is brought to life by storytellers, snake charmers, tattoo artists, acrobats, and magicians. We also explore the vast traditional bazaar, a labyrinth of artisanal shops featuring fabrics, blacksmiths, leather tanneries, and woodcrafts. Afterward, we immerse ourselves in Moroccan culture with dinner and the Chez Ali Fantasia Show, featuring horseback acrobatics and folkloric performances. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 3: MARRAKECH - RABAT

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Rabat (330 km). In Rabat, the imperial capital, we visit the Royal Palace, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, Hassan Tower, City Walls, and Oudaia Kasbah, where you can take stunning photos in its blue-painted streets. Later, we continue to Tangier (250 km). Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 4: TANGIER - STRAIT OF GIBRALTAR - TARIFA

After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Tangier Port for the ferry to Spain. We cross the Strait of Gibraltar, following the route taken by Tariq ibn Ziyad during the conquest of Andalusia. Upon arriving in Tarifa, Spain, we reflect on this historic site known as the location where "the ships were burned." Next, we travel to Seville (Ishbiliya, 210 km). During our Seville city tour, we visit the Guadalquivir River, Archives of the Indies, Turkish Consulate General, Alcazar Palace, the former Grand Mosque of Seville (now Seville Cathedral), and its minaret-turned-bell-tower, the Giralda. Additional highlights include the narrow streets of Santa Cruz District, the former tobacco factory now used as Seville University's main campus, Plaza de España, and Maria Luisa Park. After the tour, dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 5: SEVILLE - CORDOBA

After breakfast at the hotel, we travel to Cordoba (Kurtuba, 130 km). We visit the Grand Mosque of Cordoba, an architectural masterpiece begun in 785 and completed in 987, which was partially converted into a cathedral after the fall of Andalusia. Strolling through Cordoba's colorful flower-lined streets, we visit the statue of Muhammad Al-Ghafiqi, the renowned ophthalmologist whose name inspired the Spanish word for "glasses." Later, we head to Granada (Gırnata, 230 km). Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 6: GRANADA

After breakfast at the hotel, we visit the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens, masterpieces of the Nasrid Sultans filled with art and history. Next, we explore Albayzin and take in stunning views of the Alhambra from San Nicolas Hill. Nearby, we visit the Granada Grand Mosque (Mezquita Mayor de Granada), inaugurated in 2003 (if open). Descending through Albayzin’s narrow white streets, we reach the city center. Along the way, we visit Caldereria Nueva (Moroccan Market), Takva Mosque, Gran Via Street, Isabel de Catholica Square, Granada Cathedral (converted from a mosque in 1492 after the city's fall), and Bib-Rambla Square. After the tour, dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
