Short Program

Day 1: After ticketing and baggage procedures, we depart with our scheduled flight to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Upon arrival, meet & greet at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Free time for rest after check-in. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2: After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Jeddah Corniche Circuit between 16:30 – 17:30 for the 1st Practice Session (FP1). We take our seats in the stands to watch the first track experience. After a short break, we follow the 2nd Practice Session (FP2) from 20:00 – 21:00. Transfer back to the hotel at the end of the program. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3: After breakfast, transfer to the circuit between 16:30 – 17:30 for the 3rd Practice Session (FP3). In the evening, from 20:00 – 21:00, we watch the Qualifying Session to see which position each driver will start from on the grid. Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4: After breakfast, free time in the morning. Afternoon transfer to the circuit. After support series and activities, we will watch the Driver Parade and pre-race shows. At 20:00, the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix begins. After an exciting 2-hour race, we experience the thrill of seeing the winner crowned live from the stands. After the podium ceremony, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 5: After breakfast, we start our city tour. First stop is Al Taybat International City Museum, showcasing mosques, artifacts, and traditional architecture reflecting Saudi history. Next, we board our boat for a one-hour Red Sea cruise. Afterwards, we visit Al-Balad (Old Jeddah), founded in the 7th century and the historical heart of the city. After completing our tour of Al-Balad, dinner and free time. Return to the hotel at the designated time.

Day 6: After breakfast, transfer to Jeddah Airport for our domestic flight to AlUla. Upon arrival, our first stop is AlUla Old Town, a restored settlement of 900 houses with narrow alleys and mudbrick architecture. From the watchtower, we enjoy panoramic views before starting our journey into the Nabataean Kingdom. By Jeep, we explore the Hegra Archaeological Site (Madain Saleh), a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2008, famous for its rock-cut tombs similar to Petra. Afterward, we continue to Elephant Rock, a stunning natural rock formation shaped over millions of years. Tea/coffee break at a desert camp, then drive to Medina for hotel check-in. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 7: Early morning optional prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Return to hotel for breakfast. Later, visit Masjid al-Ghamama, Masjid Abu Bakr, Masjid Ali, and the Al-Baqi Cemetery, where more than 10,000 companions of the Prophet are buried. After rest, continue with Uhud Mountain & Martyrs Cemetery, Qiblatain Mosque, Battle of the Trench site, Medina Railway Station, and Quba Mosque. Next, we visit a date farm for tasting and shopping, including Medina’s world-famous dates. After completing our Medina visits, dinner and free time. Transfer to Medina Airport at the scheduled time.

Day 1: JEDDAH

Day 2: JEDDAH

Day 4: JEDDAH

After breakfast, free time in the morning. In the afternoon, we transfer to the track. After support series and events, we will have the opportunity to watch the Driver Parade and pre-race shows. The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix starts at 20:00. We will enjoy the excitement of watching the approximately 2-hour race from the stands and follow the podium ceremony afterward. After the race, we return to our hotel.

Day 5: JEDDAH

After breakfast, we begin our city tour. Our first stop is the Al Taybat International City Science and Knowledge Museum. This museum complex, housing mosques and ancient artifacts, showcases the history of the city through traditional architecture and allows us to experience the past and culture of Saudi Arabia. Then, we board our boat to explore the colorful coastal life of Jeddah on the Red Sea. After a one-hour boat tour, we visit Al-Balad, also known as Old Jeddah. Al-Balad is the historic district of Jeddah. The word “Balad” literally translates to “Town.” Established in the 7th century, it remained the city center for centuries. After completing our Al-Balad tour, we enjoy dinner. Following dinner, free time. Gather at the designated time and transfer back to the hotel.

Day 6: AL ULA

After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to Jeddah Airport and take a domestic flight to Al-Ula. Upon arrival, our first stop is Al Ula Old Town. You will be amazed by the reconstructed old town, with its 900 narrow streets and mud-brick houses. After enjoying the city view from the old town tower, we continue to the Nabatean Kingdom. With our jeeps waiting at the museum entrance, we explore the Hegra Archaeological Site, commonly known as Madain Salih. Entered into the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2008, Madain Salih (Hegra) resembles the ancient city of Petra and dates to the same period, featuring dozens of royal rock tombs. It was one of the most important permanent settlements of the Nabatean Kingdom. Our guide provides detailed information about the Nabatean Kingdom, and we will have the chance to photograph the most important rock tombs. After completing the program, we return by jeep to the museum entrance and then drive by bus to the Elephant Rock monument, a unique natural formation. Surrounded by a beautiful desert camp, we have free time to enjoy tea, coffee, and photos. After the program, we transfer to our hotel in Medina. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: MEDINA

Guests who wish may perform the morning prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, our guide leads a visit around the mosque area, including important sites such as Bulut Mosque, Hz. Abu Bakr Mosque, Hz. Ali Mosque, and the Jannat al-Baqi cemetery, where over 10,000 Companions are buried. Return to the hotel for breakfast and rest. At the designated time, we depart for the Medina surrounding tour. We visit Mount Uhud and the Martyrs’ Cemetery, Qiblatain Mosque, the site of the Battle of the Trench, Medina Train Station, and Quba Mosque, completing our city tour. Then, we head to a date farm for tasting and shopping. You can taste and purchase the world-famous Medina dates. Free time under the guidance of our tour leader. After completing the Medina visits, we enjoy dinner, followed by free time. Gather at the designated time and transfer to Medina Airport.

Prayer Times: Please remember to bring slippers and prayer rugs for each tour. Depending on the region's conditions, our guide will direct you to suitable prayer locations.

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior.

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:

The full service fee is due at the time of registration.

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations.

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations.

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment.

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days.

Health: Bring necessary medications and prescriptions, as some medicines may not be readily available in Turkey. Review http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information.

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes. In case of loss or damage to personal belongings, inform your group leader promptly. All flights are non-smoking, check luggage tags after every flight, and have the hotel's business card handy.

For all passport types, our agency has no compensation obligation if the passport holder cannot participate in the tour due to a passport that is valid for less than 6 months from the date the tour ends.
If the passport officer does not allow the passenger to enter the country despite having a visa, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
