Short Program

Day 1: After ticketing and baggage procedures, we depart with our scheduled flight to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Upon arrival, meet & greet at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Free time for rest after check-in. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2: After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Jeddah Corniche Circuit between 16:30 – 17:30 for the 1st Practice Session (FP1). We take our seats in the stands to watch the first track experience. After a short break, we follow the 2nd Practice Session (FP2) from 20:00 – 21:00. Transfer back to the hotel at the end of the program. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3: After breakfast, transfer to the circuit between 16:30 – 17:30 for the 3rd Practice Session (FP3). In the evening, from 20:00 – 21:00, we watch the Qualifying Session to see which position each driver will start from on the grid. Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4: After breakfast, free time in the morning. Afternoon transfer to the circuit. After support series and activities, we will watch the Driver Parade and pre-race shows. At 20:00, the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix begins. After an exciting 2-hour race, we experience the thrill of seeing the winner crowned live from the stands. After the podium ceremony, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 5: After breakfast, we start our city tour. First stop is Al Taybat International City Museum, showcasing mosques, artifacts, and traditional architecture reflecting Saudi history. Next, we board our boat for a one-hour Red Sea cruise. Afterwards, we visit Al-Balad (Old Jeddah), founded in the 7th century and the historical heart of the city. After completing our tour of Al-Balad, dinner and free time. Return to the hotel at the designated time.

Day 6: After breakfast, transfer to Jeddah Airport for our domestic flight to AlUla. Upon arrival, our first stop is AlUla Old Town, a restored settlement of 900 houses with narrow alleys and mudbrick architecture. From the watchtower, we enjoy panoramic views before starting our journey into the Nabataean Kingdom. By Jeep, we explore the Hegra Archaeological Site (Madain Saleh), a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2008, famous for its rock-cut tombs similar to Petra. Afterward, we continue to Elephant Rock, a stunning natural rock formation shaped over millions of years. Tea/coffee break at a desert camp, then drive to Medina for hotel check-in. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 7: Early morning optional prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Return to hotel for breakfast. Later, visit Masjid al-Ghamama, Masjid Abu Bakr, Masjid Ali, and the Al-Baqi Cemetery, where more than 10,000 companions of the Prophet are buried. After rest, continue with Uhud Mountain & Martyrs Cemetery, Qiblatain Mosque, Battle of the Trench site, Medina Railway Station, and Quba Mosque. Next, we visit a date farm for tasting and shopping, including Medina’s world-famous dates. After completing our Medina visits, dinner and free time. Transfer to Medina Airport at the scheduled time.

Important Informations

Prayer Times: Please remember to bring slippers and prayer rugs for each tour. Depending on the region's conditions, our guide will direct you to suitable prayer locations. 

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior. 

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date. 

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:  

The full service fee is due at the time of registration. 

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment. 

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days. 

Health: Bring necessary medications and prescriptions, as some medicines may not be readily available in Turkey. Review http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information. 

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes. In case of loss or damage to personal belongings, inform your group leader promptly. All flights are non-smoking, check luggage tags after every flight, and have the hotel's business card handy. 

Solo Female Travelers: You are more than welcome! We have solo female travelers on each tour to ensure you feel like you're traveling with friends. 

Unavailable Dates: If the dates aren't available but you want to experience the tour, fill out the reservation form, and with at least 4 people, we can arrange a similar experience on suitable dates. 

Budget:Tours, and main meals are covered. Bring money for souvenirs, additional meals, and tips.

  • If the issuance date of a passport is more than 10 years for regular passports or more than 5 years for other passports, even if a visa is obtained, the holder cannot leave the country or apply for a visa. 
  • For all passport types, our agency has no compensation obligation if the passport holder cannot participate in the tour due to a passport that is valid for less than 6 months from the date the tour ends. 
  • If the passport officer does not allow the passenger to enter the country despite having a visa, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 
  • Our company's cancellation and refund policies apply in case of possible issues with visas. 
  • We only provide document consultancy services for visas obtained through our company. If the visa is not issued, there will be no refund for the visa fee. Our cancellation and refund policies apply to refunds for the tour fee. 
  • Flight confirmations must be made by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. 
  • For all international departures, guests must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time. 
  • Any connecting domestic flights arranged by our company are included in the next international flight. 
  • We strongly recommend that our guests do not book domestic flights themselves. 
  • If the guest is unable to attend the tour due to being late, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency has no compensation obligation.
