Meeting at Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen or Istanbul Airport – optional). Departure to Medina with the selected airline. Upon arrival, visit and greet our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Afterwards, continue with our luxury vehicle for a “time travel journey” to Al Ula (330 km). After a panoramic city tour, check into the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2: AL ULA

After breakfast at the hotel, our Al Ula “time travel tour” begins.

First stop: Al Ula Old Town – rebuilt on the site of the ancient settlement, featuring narrow alleys and mud-brick houses of around 900 households. You’ll admire the view from the Old Town tower before continuing to the Nabataean Kingdom.

Next: Hegra Archaeological Site (Madain Saleh) – with our jeeps waiting at the museum entrance, we begin exploring Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site (listed in 2008). Hegra, resembling Petra and dating from the same period, features dozens of monumental rock-cut tombs. Our guide will provide in-depth historical insight, and we’ll have the chance to photograph the most important tombs. After completing the visit, jeeps return us to the museum entrance.

Elephant Rock – we continue by coach to this unique natural rock formation shaped like an elephant, formed over millions of years by volcanic eruptions, floods, and wind. At the surrounding desert camp, enjoy tea, coffee, and photo time.

Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Prayer Times: Please remember to bring slippers and prayer rugs for each tour. Depending on the region's conditions, our guide will direct you to suitable prayer locations.

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior.

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:

The full service fee is due at the time of registration.

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations.

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations.

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment.

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days.

Health: Bring necessary medications and prescriptions, as some medicines may not be readily available in Turkey. Review http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information.

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes.
