Visiting

KUALA LUMPUR
KUALA LUMPUR

Day 1: KUALA LUMPUR

Meet at Istanbul Airport, International Departures Terminal. After ticketing and baggage procedures, depart for Kuala Lumpur with Turkish Airlines.

Day 2: KUALA LUMPUR

Arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport. After baggage and passport control, meet our bus and transfer to Putrajaya, the future capital of Malaysia. Putrajaya is the most organized city, carefully designed to reflect Malaysian architecture, and is planned to completely take over as the capital from Kuala Lumpur in the future. During our city tour, we observe the symbolic bridges imported from different countries, stopping at one for photos. As the Malaysian Minister of Tourism says, to see the world’s unique symbolic bridges, this city alone is enough. Then, we go up to the PICC (Putrajaya International Convention Centre) for a panoramic view of the city. Our next stop is Putrajaya Mosque, also called the Pink Mosque, which resembles a blooming flower with its predominantly pink interior and exterior. After visiting Putrajaya Mosque, we move to Shah Alam, the capital of Selangor state. We visit the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque, Malaysia’s largest mosque and the second largest in Southeast Asia, famous for its four minarets and impressive size. Due to its blue dome, it is also called the “Blue Mosque” by tourists, similar to Istanbul’s Sultanahmet Mosque. During the tour, we also see local and historic Malay houses along the river. After the Shah Alam tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 3: KUALA LUMPUR

After breakfast, our first stop is the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Guests can take photos in front of the towers, spend time at Suria KLCC Shopping Mall, and shop for discounted items available throughout the year. Next, we proceed to Kuala Lumpur Merdeka (Independence) Square. We visit the National Museum, Kuala Lumpur City Gallery, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, the Library housing Islamic Art Books, and the Islamic Arts Museum with over 7,000 exhibits. Highlights include the Islamic Architecture Gallery, featuring reproductions of famous buildings such as India’s Taj Mahal, Mecca’s Masjid al-Haram, and Uzbekistan’s Emir Timur Mausoleum. After enjoying Merdeka Square, we visit Mesjid Negara (National Mosque), a symbol of Malaysia’s independence, and perform our midday prayer. Afterwards, we go to Batu Caves, a Hindu pilgrimage site, where we see the giant Lord Murugan statue, temples at the top of nearly 400 steps, and figures depicting Lord Murugan’s story. Next, we head to Central Market to purchase iconic handmade Malay souvenirs. Guests who wish can also visit Petaling Street (Chinatown). Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 4: KUALA LUMPUR

After breakfast at the hotel, we drive about 1 hour to Colmar Tropicale French Village in Pahang state, inspired by 17th-century French towns. Guests have free time to explore this thematic village with its colorful buildings and stone streets, offering a European atmosphere. Next, we visit the Japanese Village, located about 10 minutes from Colmar Tropicale. Built in the 1990s, it features traditional Japanese gardens, tea houses, and bamboo forests, reflecting Japanese culture. Guests can stroll and experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. After enjoying the villages and nature, we head to Genting Highlands. Starting from a hotel built in 1965, the area has become a massive hotel complex at 1,800 meters, attracting visitors from around the world, mainly Chinese tourists for gambling. The Chin Swee Buddhist Temple at 1,600 meters also draws attention. Access to these stops is via road and cable car. Guests have free time at Genting Premium Outlet, then take the cable car to Chin Swee Temple, learn about Buddhist worship and the origin of Buddhism from our guide, enjoy the fresh highland air, and return to Kuala Lumpur city center. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 5: JOHOR BAHRU / SINGAPORE

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the earliest flight to Singapore (approximately 1 hour). Upon arrival, after passport and baggage procedures, we depart from Singapore Airport—often voted the world’s most beautiful airport, featuring an indoor waterfall—and start a panoramic city tour. Highlights include the Orchid Gardens inside the Botanical Gardens, Chinatown, and the famous Orchard Road shopping street. We then visit Masjid Sultan, Singapore’s most magnificent mosque, initially built in 1824 by the first Sultan of Singapore, Sultan Hussein, and restored in 1932 by Singapore’s oldest architectural firm, Denis Santry. After praying at Masjid Sultan, we head to Sentosa Island for free time in the afternoon. Guests can take the cable car, visit Universal Studios, or swim (cabin-shower facilities available). Around 19:30, we leave Singapore and cross back into Malaysia on foot. After customs and passport procedures, we check in at our hotel in Johor Bahru.

Day 6: JOHOR BAHRU / MERSING ISLANDS

After breakfast, we depart from our hotel to Mersing, located in the southeast of the Malayan Peninsula. We board a boat from the pier to explore the coral reefs by snorkeling. Our first stop is Sribuat Island for climbing and snorkeling, then return to the boat. Next is Raja Island, with more snorkeling and time for swimming on the beach. The following stop is Harimau Island, where guests can swim among the rocks and jump into the sea from higher points depending on water levels. We then go to Hujung Island for lunch, with optional swimming. After lunch, we visit Tengah Island, a small, lush island for photos and optional swimming. Our final island is Besar Island, a large island with a beautiful beach where guests can relax or snorkel. Afterwards, we return to our hotel. Dinner and overnight in Melaka.

Day 7: MELAKA

After breakfast, we explore the historic city of Melaka, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our first stop is the grand Melaka Mosque, located along the strategically important Malacca Strait. We visit A’Famosa Fortress to learn about Malaysia’s history under Japanese, Portuguese, Dutch, and British rule, and then see Stadhuys and St. Paul’s Church to observe the cultural imprints left by each colonizer. Guests can take a short city tour on the decorative trishaw vehicles while listening to Malay music (optional, small fee). We then visit the Baba & Nyonya Museum to explore the Nyonya culture influenced by the Chinese population and walk through Jonkers Walk. Guests may visit Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, a rare temple combining Taoism and Confucianism, and Nyonya One Finger Shoe shop, where traditional Chinese single-toe shoes are still made. The tour continues with a boat ride along the river to see local and historic Malay houses. Overnight in Melaka.

Day 8: MELAKA / RETURN

After an early breakfast at the hotel (can be provided as a breakfast box), transfer to the airport for return. After passport and check-in procedures, depart for Istanbul via Turkish Airlines with a connecting flight. End of our enjoyable tour.
