Day 1: KUALA LUMPUR

Meeting at Istanbul Airport, International Departures Terminal. After ticketing and baggage procedures, we fly with Turkish Airlines to Kuala Lumpur Airport. After baggage and passport control, we meet our bus and head to Putrajaya, the future capital of Malaysia. Putrajaya is the most organized city in Malaysia, carefully designed to eventually become the country’s capital, replacing Kuala Lumpur. At the beginning of our city tour, we observe symbolic bridges from different countries decorating the city and stop at one for photos. As the Malaysian Minister of Tourism said, visiting this city is enough to see all the world’s special symbolic bridges. Next, we head up to PICC to get a panoramic view of the city. Then we visit Putrajaya Mosque, mainly decorated in pink both inside and out, resembling a blooming flower, also known as the Pink Mosque. After visiting Putrajaya Mosque, we move to Shah Alam, the capital of Selangor state, and visit the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque, the largest mosque in Malaysia and the second largest in Southeast Asia, with four minarets and a stunning blue dome, also called the “Blue Mosque” by tourists. During the tour, we also see local and historical Malay houses along the river. After the Shah Alam tour, we head to our hotel. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 2: KUALA LUMPUR

After breakfast, our first stop is the city’s iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Guests can take photos in front of the towers, spend time at Suria KLCC Shopping Center, and shop at stores offering discounts throughout the year. Then we proceed to Merdeka (Independence) Square. We visit the National Museum, Kuala Lumpur City Gallery, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, the Library containing Islamic Art Books, and the Islamic Arts Museum, which houses over 7,000 artifacts. Highlights include reproductions of famous buildings such as the Taj Mahal in India, the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca, and the Mausoleum of Emir Timur in Uzbekistan, displayed in the Islamic Architecture Gallery. After enjoying Merdeka Square, we visit Mesjid Negara (National Mosque), a symbol of Malaysia’s independence, where we perform the noon prayer. Afterward, we visit Batu Caves, a Hindu pilgrimage site, featuring the giant statue of Lord Murugan and temples reached by nearly 400 steps, with figures telling the story of Lord Murugan. Next, we head to Central Market for souvenirs and traditional Malay handmade crafts. Guests who wish can also visit Petaling Street, known as Chinatown. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 3: KUALA LUMPUR

After breakfast at the hotel, our first stop is Colmar Tropicale French Village in Pahang, about an hour from the city center. Built inspired by 17th-century French towns, the thematic village offers free time to explore impressive French architecture, colorful buildings, and cobblestone streets reminiscent of Europe. Next, we visit the Japanese Village, about 10 minutes from Colmar Tropicale. Built in the 1990s, it features traditional Japanese gardens, tea houses, and bamboo forests, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can take a walk and experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. After exploring the villages and nature, we head to Genting Highlands. Since 1965, the area has grown into a massive hotel complex at 1,800 meters, attracting visitors, especially from China, for gaming. The Chin Swee Buddhist Temple at 1,600 meters is also a highlight. Access to these attractions is via road and cable car. We first have free time at Genting Premium Outlet for shopping, then take the cable car to Chin Swee Temple, where our guide explains Buddhist rituals and the origins of Buddhism. We then enjoy the fresh mountain air before returning to Kuala Lumpur. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 4: KUALA LUMPUR – SINGAPORE – JOHOR BAHRU

After breakfast, we transfer to the airport for the earliest flight to Singapore. A 1-hour flight brings us to Singapore. After passport and baggage procedures, we leave Changi Airport, repeatedly voted the world’s best airport, featuring a waterfall, and start our panoramic city tour. Highlights include the Orchid Garden in the Botanical Gardens, Chinatown, and the famous Orchard Road shopping street. After the city tour, we visit Masjid Sultan, the most magnificent mosque in Singapore, built in 1824 by Singapore’s first Sultan, Sultan Hussein, and restored in 1932 by Singapore’s oldest architectural firm, Denis Santry. After performing prayer at Masjid Sultan, we head to Sentosa Island for free time in the afternoon. Guests may ride the cable car, enter Universal Studios Theme Park, or swim (showers available). Around 19:30, we say goodbye to Singapore and return to Malaysia. Crossing the border on foot, we complete customs and passport procedures, then transfer to our hotel in Johor Bahru. Overnight in Johor Bahru.

Day 5: JOHOR BAHRU – MERSING ISLANDS – MELAKA

After breakfast, we travel from our hotel to Mersing in the southeast of the Malayan Peninsula. From the port, we board a boat to explore the region’s coral reefs while snorkeling. Our first stop is Sribuat Island, where we climb, snorkel, and return to the boat. Next, we arrive at Raja Island, with more snorkeling and beach time. Then we visit Harimau Island, where guests can swim among the rocks or jump into the sea from a higher point depending on water levels. We stop for lunch at Hujung Island, with optional swimming. After lunch and free time, we visit Tengah Island, a small, lush island, for photos and optional swimming. Our final island of the day is Besar Island, one of the larger islands with a beautiful beach where guests can relax or snorkel. Afterwards, we return to our boat and head to our hotel. Dinner and overnight in Melaka.

Day 6: MELAKA

After breakfast, we start exploring the historic city of Malacca, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Our first stop is the magnificent Malacca Mosque, located on the Strait of Malacca, historically the most strategic trading area in the Far East. At A’Famosa Fortress, our guide explains how Malaysia was successively colonized by Japan, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Britain, and how each country fought for control. We visit Stadhuys and St. Paul’s Church to see the diverse cultural traces left by these nations. Guests who wish can take a short city tour on decorated Trishaw bicycles, listening to Malay music. In Malacca, Nyonya (Peranakan) culture is prevalent due to the large Chinese population. We visit the Baba & Nyonya Museum, then Jonkers Walk, the area where Chinese residents live. Guests may also visit the Cheng Hoon Teng Temple nearby, one of the rare temples combining Taoism and Confucian principles. Additionally, we visit the Nyonya One Finger Shoe store, preserving the ancient craft of making single-toe shoes. The Malacca tour continues with a short river cruise, observing local and historical Malay houses along the river. Overnight in Melaka.

Day 7: JOHOR BAHRU – ISTANBUL
