Program:

Day 1: Dinner followed by a guided walk to explore the surroundings, visit to the Prophet's Mosque and the spiritual presence of the Prophet, transfer to the hotel and rest.

Day 2: Visit to Jannat al-Baqi, Uhud Martyrs Cemetery, Qiblatain Mosque, places related to the Battle of the Trench, and visit to Quba Mosque.

Day 3: Intention for Umrah at the Mosque of Zul-Hulaifah (Miqat Mosque). Arrival in Mecca after a 5.5-hour journey. Dinner followed by a visit to the Haram. Performing the Umrah pilgrimage.

Day 4: Free time for Tawaf (circumambulation) and worship.

Day 5: Visits to Mount Sevr, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina, and the Stoning of the Devil sites, as well as a visit to Mount Noor.

Day 6: Journey to the Hudaibiya region. Explanation of the history of Hudaibiya at the Hudaibiya Mosque, followed by the intention for Umrah and the performance of Umrah guided by our instructors.

Day 7: Noon prayer at the Kaaba. A 1.5-hour journey to Jeddah Airport, followed by the collection of Zamzam water. Departure at 17:45 and arrival at Istanbul Airport at 21:35. May Allah accept it. May He grant it to us multiple times. Amen.

After the morning prayer, we will gather at the meeting point predetermined by our guide. Following that, we will visit Jannat al-Baqi. Later, we will return to our hotel for breakfast and convene in the hotel lobby at 08:45 to proceed to our tour bus. As part of our itinerary, we will visit important sites in the vicinity of Medina, including the Uhud Martyrs Cemetery, the Mosque with Two Qiblas, the location of the Battle of the Trench, the Seven Mosques, and Quba Mosque. You will have free time until 11:00 to leave your luggage at your room's door, providing you with the opportunity to make final preparations before our journey. After the noon prayer, we will gather in front of the hotel, and it's important to note that male participants should already be wearing their ihram attire. We will then embark on our journey towards Mescid-i Zülhuleyfe (Miqat Mosque), where we will declare our intention for Umrah. Following an approximately 5.5-hour journey, we will arrive in Mecca. Warm greetings will await you upon your arrival in Mecca, and room keys will be distributed, allowing you to settle into your accommodations. We will convene for dinner at a time determined by our guide. Subsequently, we will gather in the hotel lobby, following the guidance of our guide, and proceed to the Sacred Mosque (Haram al-Sharif) to perform the Umrah ritual with sincerity and devotion.

We will begin our day with breakfast at our hotel as the first light of morning breaks. Following breakfast, it will be time to gather in the hotel lobby at 07:30, dressed in our ihram attire. We will then proceed to the buses and set out towards the Hudeybiye region. Upon arriving at Hudeybiye Mosque, there will be an explanation of the Hudeybiye Treaty, followed by the declaration of intention for Umrah as we continue our journey to the Haram al-Sharif. Throughout this sacred pilgrimage, under the guidance of our mentors, we will perform the Umrah ritual with devotion. The remainder of the day will be free, allowing us to engage in personal worship and attend to our individual needs.

7th Day: MECCA - JEDDAH

We will have our breakfast at the hotel. Then, at 11:00, it will be time to gather to leave our luggage in front of our rooms and return our room keys. After the noon prayer, at 13:00, we will head to the buses in front of our hotel and proceed to Jeddah Airport. After an approximately 1.5-hour journey, we will arrive at the airport. There, we will collect Zamzam water from the attendants and complete our baggage procedures before boarding our flight.

Our flight, SV 261, will depart at 17:45 and is scheduled to land at Istanbul Airport at 21:35. We offer our prayers for the acceptance of this sacred journey and express gratitude to Allah for granting us this opportunity once again. We pray for the privilege to undertake this holy pilgrimage repeatedly. Amen.

Tickets: Your tickets are electronic, and you will receive your boarding pass from the airline attendant at the counter by providing your name. For international flights, you need to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure time, and for domestic flights, you need to be there 2 hours before. 

Passports and Other Documents: Participants who are unable to obtain their passports will receive them from our staff at the airport. Those who did not send their passports to our company must bring their passports and identification with them and check the passport's expiration date. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  

The entire service fee must be paid at the time of registration. 

If the customer cancels the service up to 30 days before the service, taxes, fees, etc. that must be paid, except for costs arising from legal obligations, will be refunded in full (100%). If the customer cancels the service less than 30 days before the service, taxes, fees, etc. that must be paid, 50% of the price paid, excluding costs arising from legal obligations, will be refunded to the customer. If the customer cancels the service less than 15 days before the service, no refund will be made. If a refund fee must be paid, it will be refunded to the customer in the same manner in which they paid. If the agency unjustly terminates the contract, the agency will return all payments made by the customer to the customer within 14 days. 

Health: You may not find every medication or equivalent in Turkey, so make sure you bring your prescription medications with you. Additionally, we recommend that you visit http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information. 

During the Journey: We kindly request that you pay attention to your group leader's departure times to minimize time loss during your journey. As with any trip, we recommend that you store valuable items and money in the hotel safe. In the unfortunate event of damage, loss, etc. to personal belongings, please inform your group leader immediately. Smoking is not permitted on any flight. Please check your luggage tags after each flight. Public phone booths are available in cities to make phone calls with a phone card. We recommend that you take the hotel's business card when checking in. 

 I’m a solo female traveller – can I join this trip too? We typically get at least a couple of solo female travellers on each trip and you can count on us to make your experience feel as if you’re travelling with friends. 

I can’t make the dates but I really want to experience with you, can you help? Sure! Bring at least 9 other friends/family members and we can recreate the same experience on dates that work for you. Fill in the booking form with your request and leave the rest to us! 

How much spending money should I bring? You’ll only really need money for souvenirs, meals outside of those included above and any tips you many wish to give your guides and driver. Everything else – transport, tickets for experiences and historical suites, tours, main meals are covered by us.
