2nd Day: ALEXANDRIA

After arriving in Alexandria and completing passport, customs, and visa procedures, we will head to our hotel by bus. Following an early and hearty late breakfast at the hotel, we will set off to explore Alexandria, Egypt's second-largest city and a key tourist destination located on the Mediterranean coast. During our panoramic tour of Alexandria, we will visit the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the ruins of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Next, we will visit the Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque and the tomb of the renowned Islamic poet Imam Busiri, famous for his Poem of the Scarf (Kaside-i Bürde). After viewing the Alexandria Library from the outside, we will embark on approximately a 2.5-hour journey to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will have dinner and stay overnight.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to the Cairo Citadel, situated on a hill offering the most beautiful view of the city. At this historic site, we will discover valuable historical structures, including the Kavalalı Mehmet Ali Pasha Mosque and the Kalawun Mosque. Later, we will visit and photograph the Tulun Mosque, the first Turkish construction in Egypt, known for its impressive architecture. For lunch, we will enjoy an open buffet on our boat on the Nile River. In the afternoon, we will visit one of the world's most impressive cemetery areas, the City of the Dead in Cairo, which includes the tomb of Imam Shafii. Then, we will proceed to Cairo's most important street, Muizz Street, to explore architectural works that span centuries, including beautiful Sabil-Kuttab structures, vast complexes of Mamluk Sultans, and mosques and inns adorned with Turkish inscriptions from the Ottoman era. After exploring Muizz Street, we will visit Cairo's historical market, Khalili Bazaar, and the Al-Hussein Mosque, known as the burial site of Hazrat Hussein's head. We will conclude our day with a panoramic view of Al-Azhar University before returning to our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the Giza Pyramids (Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure), one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. (Please note that entrance to the interior of the pyramids requires an additional fee.) In addition to these mesmerizing structures, we will also see the Sphinxes, with their human heads and lion bodies. The Great Pyramid of Khufu, constructed around 2560 BC during the Fourth Dynasty by Pharaoh Khufu (Cheops), is thought to have taken over 20 years to build and stands approximately 145.75 meters tall. We will observe this impressive structure up close. Next, we will visit the Cairo Museum, one of the world's most famous and richest museums, bearing witness to five thousand years of history. After completing our museum tour, we will head to Cairo Airport. Our approximately one-hour Egyptair flight will take us to Luxor, one of Egypt's most mysterious and romantic cities. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will have dinner and stay overnight.

5th Day: LUXOR

After breakfast at the hotel, we will embark on a tour of the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut in Luxor. We will start our tour by exploring the tombs in the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs and high-ranking nobles were buried. The pharaohs of this era built their tombs in this valley to prevent the theft of their belongings and to enjoy their immortality. After visiting the Valley of the Kings, we will see the Temple of Hatshepsut, built in memory of Egypt's first and only female pharaoh. After exploring this historical temple, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut who dressed in male attire and used a false beard, we will return to our hotel.

Following dinner and our overnight stay, we will visit the Karnak Temple, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest ancient structures ever built. Surrounded by 20-meter-high mud-brick walls, this magnificent structure houses various temples and provides valuable insights into Egypt's history and mythology. The temple, which took over 2000 years to complete and was added to by each pharaoh more than his predecessor, will make us feel the grandeur of history during our visit. After completing our tour of the Karnak Temple, we will return to our hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will set off to visit the Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Karnak Temple, one of the largest ancient structures ever built, is surrounded by 20-meter-high mudbrick walls and houses numerous distinct temples within its premises. This magnificent structure, offering invaluable insights into Egypt's history and mythology, has been constructed over more than 2000 years, with each pharaoh contributing more to the temple than his predecessor. During our time at the Karnak Temple, we will feel like a small part in the face of history's grandeur. After completing our visit to the Karnak Temple, we will depart for Hurghada.

Salaat Times: Please don't forget to bring your prayer rug and slippers on every tour. Depending on the region, there may not always be a mosque or prayer facility available at all times. Your guide will direct you to the nearest place to pray.

Tickets: Your tickets are electronic, and you will receive your boarding pass from the airline attendant at the counter by providing your name. For international flights, you need to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure time, and for domestic flights, you need to be there 2 hours before.

Passports and Other Documents: Participants who are unable to obtain their passports will receive them from our staff at the airport. Those who did not send their passports to our company must bring their passports and identification with them and check the passport's expiration date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

The entire service fee must be paid at the time of registration.

If the customer cancels the service up to 30 days before the service, taxes, fees, etc. that must be paid, except for costs arising from legal obligations, will be refunded in full (100%).

If the customer cancels the service less than 30 days before the service, taxes, fees, etc. that must be paid, 50% of the price paid, excluding costs arising from legal obligations, will be refunded to the customer.

If the customer cancels the service less than 15 days before the service, no refund will be made.

If a refund fee must be paid, it will be refunded to the customer in the same manner in which they paid.

If the agency unjustly terminates the contract, the agency will return all payments made by the customer to the customer within 14 days.

Health: You may not find every medication or equivalent in Turkey, so make sure you bring your prescription medications with you. Additionally, we recommend that you visit http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information.

During the Journey: We kindly request that you pay attention to your group leader's departure times to minimize time loss during your journey. As with any trip, we recommend that you store valuable items and money in the hotel safe. In the unfortunate event of damage, loss, etc. to personal belongings, please inform your group leader immediately. Smoking is not permitted on any flight. Please check your luggage tags after each flight. Public phone booths are available in cities to make phone calls with a phone card. We recommend that you take the hotel's business card when checking in.

I’m a solo female traveller – can I join this trip too? We typically get at least a couple of solo female travellers on each trip and you can count on us to make your experience feel as if you’re travelling with friends.

I can’t make the dates but I really want to experience with you, can you help? Sure! Bring at least 9 other friends/family members and we can recreate the same experience on dates that work for you. Fill in the booking form with your request and leave the rest to us!

How much spending money should I bring? You’ll only really need money for souvenirs, meals outside of those included above and any tips you many wish to give your guides and driver. Everything else – transport, tickets for experiences and historical suites, tours, main meals are covered by us.

  • Flight confirmations must be made by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. 
  • For all international departures, guests must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time. 
  • Any connecting domestic flights arranged by our company are included in the next international flight.

  • If the guest is unable to attend the tour due to being late, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency has no compensation obligation.
