Istanbul's popular street food master, Ali Usta, serves his famous Vegan Raw Turkish Bulghur Meatballs with a unique passion at his modest stall in the corridor. He generously hands out free portions to the crowd outside. We will experience the unique street food culture of Istanbul.

18:00-19:00 Fishing Workshop 

On our way, we will see fishermen on the iconic Galata Bridge. Those who wish will experience the excitement of fishing by sharing the fishing tradition with the people of the city.

We are in Siirt Seref Buryan, known among gourmets for offering the best traditional Turkish tandoori. We will enjoy a delicious dining experience in this historical restaurant, run by the same family since 1892.

Explore Istanbul's Old City with a private guide on this engaging tour. Enjoy a scenic walk from your hotel to the Historical Peninsula and uncover key highlights with expert insight.

Hippodrome: We are standing in front of a 2000-year-old Byzantine stadium. Imagine 100,000 fans cheering. We will admire the architectural masterpieces of the Old Town from a 360-degree perspective.

Sultanahmet Mosque: It is a defining feature of the Istanbul skyline with its magnificent dome and six minarets. At that time, it was said that Sultan Ahmed I was very arrogant because he had as many minarets built as the number of minarets in the Kaaba, so Sultan Ahmed I had an additional minaret built for the mosque in the Kaaba. The Blue Mosque is a unique masterpiece famous for its stunning architecture and magnificence.

Hagia Sophia: Fatih Sultan Mehmet converted this great church into a mosque, preserving its name. It became a museum in 1935-2020. It reopened as a mosque in 2020. Stepping over the worn marble threshold, you will be embraced by the large, dimly lit space beneath its dome.

Basilica Cistern: Built by Emperor Justinianus in 532, Basilica Cistern is the largest surviving ancient underground cistern in Istanbul. It once stored up to 80,000 cubic meters of water and covered an area of 1,000 square metres. It is beautifully illuminated to create a captivating visual experience.

14:00 -14:45 Lunch Sultanahmet Koftecisi 

Welcome to Sultanahmet Köftecisi, Istanbul's iconic local restaurant. This iconic place, which has been serving the famous Turkish meatballs for 104 years, has maintained the same original taste and traditional decor since its establishment. We will have a real cultural experience at the restaurant, where queues form in front of the door every day.

15:00- 17:00 Bosphorus Tour from Eminönü Turkish Bagel Simit & Tea

We will embark on an unforgettable journey along the Bosphorus, where the Asian and European continents meet in a breathtaking union. As we glide along the coast, we'll hear the captivating stories of 360 historic mansions that have endured since the Ottoman Empire. We'll partake in a cherished local tradition, feeding bagels to the seagulls, and of course, we'll savor the stunning views with a cup of Turkish tea in hand.

17:00- 20:30 Galataport Free Time

Galataport is a lively seaside destination where the modern texture of Istanbul meets its historical charm, where we will discover museums, luxury boutiques and various food and beverage venues. After free time, we meet at the famous Hafız Mustafa, where you can taste rich desserts.

Cemberlitas Hamam Few can overlook the renowned Turkish Bath and its unique allure. Built in 1584 by the renowned Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan, Çemberlitaş Bath is one of Istanbul’s most historic hammams. Indulge in a traditional and unforgettable experience at Çemberlitaş Hammam, where you can relax and rejuvenate just as the sultans once did.

Grand Bazaar Welcome to the Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world. This landmark building with more than 4,000 shops will fascinate you with jewellery, gold, carpets, antiques and souvenirs.
